Shipping policy

Processing Time
All Good Girls Go products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Time
After production is complete, most U.S. orders arrive within 9–14 business days. 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Good Girls Go is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at goodgirlsgoclothing@gamil.com. Include your order number and photos of any damaged items so we can help resolve the issue.
