Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Good Girls Go purchase. Because all of our products are made to order, we have a slightly different return policy than traditional retailers.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us if there is an issue.

Because each item is made specifically for you after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • Wanting a different color or style

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Please review our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

How to Start a Return

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at goodgirlsgoclothing@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

If your claim is approved, we'll provide instructions for the next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind

  • Minor variations in print placement, color, or garment appearance that naturally occur during the printing process

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies due to damage, a manufacturing defect, or an order error, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and review your claim, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
